From Roger Baron: ERISA insurer’s claim for $162,000 in “mistaken” overpayment is barred by laches

The U.S. District Court, Southern District of Ohio, has denied an ERISA’s insurer’s claim for $162,000 for alleged overpayment on the basis of the equitable doctrine of laches.
