Wait! Please complete the following items 24 hours prior to your new hire’s start date.

  1. Send new hire the Synergy application (copy/paste link);
  2. Call new hire to confirm start date, salary, work hours, and address any questions;
  3. Send welcome email to “All Users” at Synergy copying new hire one week prior to new hire’s start date;
  4. Draft Employee Agreement;
  5. Create training schedule;
  6. Create job description, see template.
